Mod. 120B - NOVACOND

Multizone dicrect-mixed group for condensing boliers with 1 direct zone and 1 mixed motorized with zone valve

Cod. 19926120B01D

The NOVACOND direct-mixed module guarantees the correct water flow-rate and a correct pumping head in all heating systems and it has to be combined with condensation boilers.

The NOVACOND direct-mixed module does not have a hydraulic separator but connects directly to the heat generator. This version is equipped with a direct zone valve to be combined with thermostatic valve systems.

The Product

The NOVACOND direct-mixed module is created as a hydraulic complement, to be combined with condensing generators, for the management of two heating zones.

The direct zone is managed by the boiler circulator while the mixed one, with an additional circulator and a 6-way mixing valve, is able to recirculate the return water of the direct delivery area to the mixed zone, ensuring:

- the right flow rate and temperature of the carrier fluid;

- flow temperature management with thermoregulation;

- maximum efficiency of the generator keeping at

 minimum return temperature to the same.

NOVACOND can be equipped with a direct zone valve or a bypass valve to be combined with thermostatic valve systems.

NOVACOND does not have a hydraulic separator but connects directly to the heat generator.

Mixed zone supplied as standard with Grundfos UPM3 Hybrid circulator, ErP-Ready.

The factory circulator is set in proportional pressure function but can easily be set in:

PWM: external control via PWM, profile A or C

PP: Proportional pressure

CP: Constant pressure

CC: Constant curve

AA: AUTOADAPT

The mixed zone includes, in addition to the circulator and mixing valve, the delivery and return valves, the non-return valves and in some configurations of analog thermometers. Each valve also integrates a probe well to check the temperature, both in delivery and in return.

The direct zone can be completed with zone valve or hydraulic by pass. Its particular structure makes it possible to make the most of the installation space but without compromising maintainability.

The module can be installed on the wall or built-in.
