This Code of Conduct<\/strong> is the document describing the values and principles of conduct that Novasfer follows in managing its business activities and in its relationships with all those who interact with it. It contains the rights, duties, and responsibilities of stakeholders and reflects Novasfer’s commitment to compliance with applicable regulations, as well as to the standards of fairness, integrity, and loyalty expressed in the Code itself.<\/p>

Each employee of the Company is required to know and comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct; the Company carefully monitors compliance with the Code itself, preparing adequate information, prevention and control and intervening, if necessary, with corrective actions.
