“In the case where the primary heat transfer fluid from two generators enters the thermal storage without any dividing element, the sum of the capacities is considered, and therefore, if the value of 35 kW is exceeded, the system falls under the obligation provided by the D.M. 1\/12\/1975, taking into account the cited regulatory updates. The presence of a heat exchanger between the two generators constitutes a hydraulic separation between the respective heat transfer fluids, and therefore, it is considered unnecessary to sum the capacities.”<\/p>\n
