Novasfer is an italian manufacturing company of brass components for heating, cooling, sanitary water for residential. The aim is to provide custom solutions to customers. In 2020 Novasfer celebrates its first forty-years of activity.

DESIGN AND R&D

The R&D department is constantly involved in developing new products in line with the needs and an ever-changing market, engineering and improving existing products, and working closely with customers to design and implement tailor- made solutions, responding to specific needs that are not answered by standard products.

The use of 3D and hydraulic simulation programs make the product development phase a crucial point for competitiveness. With a team of highly skilled technicians, we transform customer requirements into high-performance products, ensuring maximum reliability, flexibility, efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Each project is developed with a collaborative approach, from the analysis of the specifications and drawings received by the customer to prototyping and production, ensuring optimal solutions for each application.

MOLDING AND PROCESSING

Production of brass components begins with the arrival of the brass bar, sourced from local trusted partners. The first stage of hot forging is done using hydraulic presses with continuous and discontinuous cycle, capable of forge the brass products with complex geometries to customer specifications.

Novasfer has special CNC machining centers that require multiple and precise operations.
The high flexibility and precision of the lathes enable efficient production of items for limited series, such as special samples and medium-sized batches.

ASSEMBLY AND TESTING

NOVASFER winning philosophy is the absolute dedication to the customer, to whom it offers as a partner its capacity for product industrialization, technological innovation and quality thanks to ISO 9001:2015 certification and numerous international product approvals.

The structure, machines and flexibility of the staff enable the customization of the products on each type of modifications to continuous technical evolution. Central is the cooperation with principals that enables us to plan together and activate lines of work in a stable manner, but also to cope with occasional production peaks. The working system acquired over fourty years of differentiated casework allows us the timely planning of orders, quality consistency even in the most complex processing, real-time monitoring of job progress.

Computer equipment allows us to manage orders according to customer label generation and specific documentation.

WAREHOUSE

NOVASFER guarantees just-in-time production, allowing the customer to get a new product, therefore not obsolete, and always fulfilling all the latest standards, also supported by a bar-coded traceability system.

This ensures higher product quality and durability, combined to the commitment of the entire company to meet the most demanding customer′s orders.

In addition, since the introduction of vertical tool storage, efficiency has been improved by+ 30%.
