Description
The NOVAZONE multizone group guarantees the correct water flow-rate and a correct pumping head in all heating systems that require a higher performance than the circulation pump. With the mixed zone, it is also possible to manage and modify the supply temperature of the heating zones. The combined hydraulic separator ensures that the heating zones are hydraulically independent from the generator.
The direct multizone unit NOVAZONE DM does not modify the supply temperature of the heating zones, maintaining it equal to the heat generator working temperature.
The mixed zone (thermostatic or motorized) controls the supply temperature through a mixing motorized valve and its probe. The unit is composed by every hydraulic element necessary to the functioning of the single heating zones.
Each zone is equipped with pump Grundfos UPM3 Hybrid, ErP-Ready.
The pump is setted on the function «proportional pressure», but can easily be set on:
PWM: external control through PWM, A or C profile
PP: proportional pressure
CP: constant pressure
CC: constant curve
AA: AUTOADAPT
The single zone includes, besides of the pump, a supply and a return valve, a check valve and, in some equipments, analog thermometers. The check valve can be excluded if maintenance operations must be performed. Each valve is provided with a sensor probe that allows to check the temperature, both in the supply and in the return phase.
Other pumps are available on request.
Its shape enables easy installation and maintainability.
The unit can be wall- or flush installed.
