HEAT PUMP STATION HPS 125 DN20

ART. 17000/ 17100/ 17200 DN20

The HPS module is the hydraulic solution for managing the heat and cool transfer fluid in modern heating/cooling systems. The maximum efficiency of a heat pump generator also depends on the correct management and distribution of technical water in the secondary circuit. The key features of the HEAT PUMP STATION group are perfect circulation and excellent insulation, also provided by the intermediate EPP layer. It is presented as a flexible hydraulic group, able to adap to the various sizes of heat pumps currently available on the market to optimize their performance, but also perfect for all energy distribution systems.

Description

The group is available in different versions:

– Direct circulation group, able to ensure the correct flow of heat transfer fluid and adequate head in all heating/cooling systems that require a circulator or for boiler charging, where the supply temperature corresponds to the operating temperature of the generator.

The group consists of supply and return. The return side includes a system shut-off valve, thermometer, and check valve. The check valve can be excluded during system maintenance. On the supply side, there is a shut-off valve, thermometer, circulation pump, and a circulator exclusion valve for maintenance purposes. Upon request, different circulators can be supplied based on hydraulic characteristics or energy efficiency.

– Mixed circulation groups – fixed point and motorized, the first through the temperature setting on the thermostatic mixing valve, while the second via the temperature setting using the actuator. Both of them are capable of ensuring the correct flow and adequate head in all heating/cooling systems where direct control of the supply temperature is required. The group is supplied as standard with a Grundfos UPM3-K Hybrid circulator, ErP-Ready.

All versions feature an innovative design, compact dimensions, and a protective cover for the circulation group. The cover and the middle insulation layer, made of solid EPP with a density of 45 Kg/m², ensures protection for all functional components of the product, as well as a high level of thermal insulation.

Its special structure allows optimal use of installation space without compromising maintainability. Practical cable guides, directly molded onto the cover, ensure maximum freedom during installation, allowing cables to pass in all directions.

The two strengths of the HPS are:

  • Middl insulation EPP layer (in line with the EnEV2014 standard) with anti-condensation function

  • Grundfos UPM3-K Hybrid pump, ErP-Ready, specifically designed to prevent the formation of condensation.
